Tabata Bottom to Bottom Squats

(Coaches: In order to optimize space on the bikes and rig you can do this in any order, or stagger start people so they can go in order—e.g., the first group would go through the pullups, then the second group won’t start their pullups until the first group starts their ABike… However, if you have a class more than 10, I would recommend going out of order so you don’t run class over. )
