Several years ago I struggled to find balance in my life and gained a lot of weight. When I reached the point I wasn’t going to pass the Navy PRT I knew I had to make some major changes in my life. I found CrossFit and more specifically Stability CrossFit! After losing almost 30 pounds I have been the healthiest I have ever been. Each year I feel healthier and stronger than I did the year before! I became a CrossFit coach to help others find the healthiest version of themselves!

I am motivated to provide guidance and support as people grow towards their fitness goals. With an emphasis on safety and technique, I enjoy working with people at all fitness levels, combining my expertise with their drive to succeed.
