As a professional Firefighter I like to be ready for anything the job throws at me. Early in my career I was doing triathlons to stay in shape. I tried CrossFit as a way to continue my training between races, and was immediately hooked. I found there was nothing better that could prepare me for the challenges of my job and the activities l love outside – Surfing, Backpacking, and Biking. Five years later, I still love the results I see from CrossFit as well as the great community I’ve found along the way.
