Free On Ramp Class

Attend an On Ramp class for free! Our On Ramp class meet on Monday and Wednesdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm and Saturday from 10am-11am. Just show up to one of these classes and get to know our coaches, facility, and great program.

What to Expect

After a quick tour of the facility your coach will start class. Our On Ramp class will include:

  • A coach lead warm up
  • Instruction on a functional movement to include proper lifting technique and gymnastics skills
  • A workout scaled to your specific athletic abilities

During your introductory On Ramp class your coach will also answers questions such as:

  • What is CrossFit?
  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

Attending an On Ramp class is a great way for your to see if Stability CrossFit is a good fit for you.



No prerequisites. This is your starting point whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym.
