Our CrossFit Kids program is is designed for kids ages 7-12. Classes are led by certified CrossFit coaches. The focus is on fie motor skills, strength, agility, and endurance in a fun and safe environment. Choose CrossFit as your child’s sport or choice or use it to improve their skills in other sports and protect them from injury.
What to Expect
We start each CrossFit Kids class with an active warm up, work on body0weight or weightlifting skills using PVC pipes, dumbbells and/or kettlebells, followed by a scalable WOD (workout of the day). Classes always end with a fun, active game to build camaraderie and sportsmanship.
