A2. DB External Rotations, 8 reps/side @20X0; rest 1:00 x3

B1. Headstand Hold, :20-:40 hold, rest 1:00 x3

(Either against the wall or freestanding with or without a partner spot)

B2. Half-Kneeling Banded Pallof Press, 6 reps/side @3131; rest 1:00 x3

C1. Handstand Walk, Max distance (or 2-3 attempts for distance); rest :30 x4

(Scale: Bear crawl with torso as vertical as possible)

C2. Contralateral KB Carry, 20m/side; rest 1:00 x4
