B2. Front Rack KB Walking Lunge & Press, 8-10 alternating reps; rest 1:00 x4

(both KB’s in the front rack, take one lunge step, and press with the opposite arm of the leg that is in front)

C1. Half-Kneeling Pallof Press, 5-6 reps @3131; rest :30 x3
