I have improved my strength and endurance even though I am 52 years old. Getting better as I get older. The community is what keeps me coming back. The excitement of getting better along with a group of people that are struggling to get better themselves, makes it easier to show up. Stability always makes you feel welcome no matter where you are in life, or where you come from.
