Below is our class structure guidelines for the coaches here at Stability CrossFit. It is very important that everyone reads and understands them, as this will be our class format starting Monday March 3rd. We are striving to refine and improve our product delivery for you, our client. We understand that with any change there will be bumps in the road, and we ask that you work with us through these transitions and give feedback. We have survey forms and comment cards at the front desk for you to share your thoughts and ideas with us. Our mission is to provide you with the best training environment possible, and with your help we can be successful in this!

CLASS STRUCTURE

We encourage members to show up early  – and do a personal warm-up/mobility to suit their needs and the workout of the day.
– Warm-up starts promptly at class start time – The coach will start the warm-up promptly at class start time. If clients are not gathered in front of the white board before you start to brief the workout, you will not allow them into class.
– Instructor led Warm-up – The warm-up will be an instructor led group dynamic warm-up, to include mobility pieces correlating to the workout. The warm-up should last for 10 minutes. The coach will start the warm-up promptly at class start time. If you are not gathered in front of the white board before the coach starts to brief the workout, you will not be allowed into class.
Upon completion of warm-up – The coach gathers class around whiteboard and briefs the workout.
The coach then demonstrates every movement along with points of performance to class.
After demonstrating, the coach will walk the class through each movement. This is the point where the coach will identify scale options for individuals not able to meet points of performance for the movement. At no time will a client perform an unsatisfactory movement. Our name, as well as your name, is on that person when they walk out of our doors. Make sure they move correctly. Allow members time to practice and warm-up heavy movements.
After WOD is over – Aim to finish class 10 minutes before class is over to allow time to put away gear and walk clients through a group cool down for 5 minutes. Enforce cut off times on workouts in order to accomplish this.
