Better Than Yesterday
Our CrossFit Teens program is is designed for kids ages 12-17. Classes are led by certified CrossFit coaches in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. The focus is on proper weightlifting technique and combine vigorous, scalable workouts (WODs) using body-weight, dumbbells and kettlebells in constantly varied movements. Choose CrossFit as your teen’s sport or choice or use it to improve their skills in other sports and protect them from injury.
What to Expect
We structure our CrossFit Teens classes in an adult style format. Movements and weight are kept appropriate for their individual fitness levels and age group. Safety is our number one priority!
No prerequisite necessary. All teens at any fitness level are welcome!
